«Finding the maximum flow of minimum cost in fuzzy dynamic network with a given vitality degree»
This article is devoted to solving the problem of finding a minimal cost flow in fuzzy transport network with a given vitality degree. A special feature of the transport network is the dependence of all the fuzzy network settings on the flow time of departure. The transport network is seen as a dynamic, since it depends on the parameters of time and may be different at different times. Attributed to the edges of the network degree of vitality is the ability of facilities to withstand weather conditions, accidents and preserve the objects themselves, the capacity in case of danger. The article presents the main points of the algorithm, a formal algorithm for solving this problem, which is accompanied by a numerical example. These models can be applied to real networks of road, rail and air traffic roads for solving optimization problems.

«Improvement of clustering by modification of degrees of fuzziness»
Due to fast growth in technology, conventional classification methods are limited in their ability to support medical diagnostics without introducing considerable ambiguities. Since the conditions are vague in medicine the fuzzy methods may be more helpful rather than crisp ones. Classification depends on number of attributes, number of clusters to be classified and index of the clustering algorithm. Because it is not possible to reduce number of attributes and clusters, therefore changing the index value is a choice to improve performance. The objective of this paper is to analyze the improvement in terms of number of iterations taken, algorithm performance and percentage of correctness of Thyroid samples and wine samples classification by modifying the index of the algorithm.

«"Compatible" fuzzy cognitive models: direct and inverse tasks»
The questions of compatibility of system factors (concepts) for various types of fuzzy cognitive maps at the analysis of problem situations are considered. The offered type of "compatible" fuzzy cognitive models is described. These models take into account the various degree of compatibility of concepts at a choice of operations for an estimation of the direct and mediated action of concepts on each other. Methods of the solution of direct and inverse tasks of cognitive simulation for "compatible" fuzzy cognitive models are offered.

    «Comparison and continuation of multi-valued dependencies»
The deterministic multi-valued dependencies in the form of multisets are studied. The possibility of using multi-valued dependencies for the guaranteed result in dynamic decision-making problems is proved. The methodology of comparison and continuation of multi-valued dependencies on the basis of continuity for soft maps is proposed. Variables of dependencies may take not only numeric, but also other values.

«A fuzzy graph multi-mode approach to modelling and solving scheduling problem with limited resources»
In this paper we present a graph-based approach to solving combinatorial resource-constrained scheduling problem with respect to possibility to perform the individual activities in alternative ways (modes). These modes vary depending on processing time, time lags to other activities and resource requirements. A fuzzy scheduling problem can be formally defined by a number of activities-nodes that should be scheduled to minimize the project duration subject to generalized precedence relations, may require some units of limited in time use resources. Solution methodology supposes fuzzy branch and bound procedure to handle time-varying resource requirements and availabilities, activity ready times and due dates, activity start time constraints.
