    «A fuzzy reliability model for «safety system - protected object» complex»
    In this paper an advanced safety system-protected object complex fuzzy reliability model has been proposed, assuming scheduled periodic inspections of the safety system. The model can be used to estimate fuzzy mean time to failure of the complex.

    «Fuzzy stability of dynamical systems described by fuzzy differential equations»
    The present paper is devoted to the fuzzy stability concept of dynamical systems described by fuzzy differential equations. A definition and a criterion of fuzzy Lipschitz stability of a given solution of a fuzzy differential system are formulated. The criterion is based on Lyapunov-like functions. The suggested approach ensured a dynamical system to be evaluated using human statements «the system is weakly stable», «the system is more or less stable», «the system is strongly stable» etc. The validity of the suggested approach is tested on the example of synthesis of a control system for a biological treatment of wastewater process.

    Prominent features of a problem of construction of models of crisp one-dimensional membership functions with continual support, applied in fuzzy control systems are considered; a number of requirements and conditions in view of which construction of models of multiparameter membership functions should be made is formulated.

    «On application of genetic algorithm for several tasks of multicriteria optimization in electronic design automation»
    With shrinking CMOS technology, the accurate trade-off beteween delay, static power consumption adn yield of a digital circuit is becoming the most important factor while designing a functionally reliable and low power circuit. Gate sizing has emerged as one of the efficient way to achieve the goal in post-layout step of design flow. In the past single-objective optimization techniques have been used to optimize the timing variation, power or yield whereas on the other hand multi-objective optimi-zation techniques can provide a more promising approach to design the circuit. We propose an algorithm based on multi-objective optimization technique called Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm. It optimizes a circuit in multi domains and provides the user with Pareto-optimal set of solutions which are distributed all over the optimal design spectrum, giving users the flexibility to choose the best fitting solution for their requirements. Algorithm overcomes the disadvantages of traditional optimization techniques.
