    «Soft sets and forecasting»
It is presented a methodology to work with forecasts, whose values are soft sets. The evaluation criteria of quality and size of the forecast are introduced. The possible procedures for the selection of optimal forecasts are described. The concept of soft portfolio forecasts is introduced. The problem of selection of optimal forecast for soft portfolio is reduced to the finite sorting.

Keywords: soft set, soft forecast, the portfolio of soft forecasts, methodology of soft forecasting.

«Automatic image annotation based on low-level features and classification of the statistical classes»
This work is devoted to the problem of automatic image annotation. This problem consists in assigning words of a natural language to an arbitrary image by analyzing textural characteristics (low-level features) of images without any other additional information. It can help to extract intellectual information from images and to organize searching procedures in a huge image base according to a textual query. We propose the general annotation scheme based on the statistical classes and their classification. This scheme consists in the following. First we derive the low-level features of images that can be presented by histograms. After that we represent these histograms by statistical classes and compute secondary features based on introduced inclusion measures of statistical classes. The automatic annotation is produced by aggregating secondary features using linear decision functions.

Keywords: automatic image annotation, image retrieval, low-level features, statistical classes, inclusion measures.

«Fuzzy invariants of fuzzy graphs and hypergraphs»
The majority of isomorphic transformations of fuzzy graphs and hypergraphs change their external representation. In this connection there is an interest of consideration of fuzzy invariants. In this work fuzzy invariants of fuzzy graphs and hypergraphs are considered: independent fuzzy set, domination fuzzy set, fuzzy chromatic set of fuzzy graphs, and fuzzy chromatic sets of fuzzy hypergraphs of first and second kinds. Their examples are considered too.

Keywords: fuzzy graph, fuzzy hypergraph, independent fuzzy set, domination fuzzy set, fuzzy chromatic set, separation degree.

«Analysis and interpretation of audiograms in the space of fuzzy attributes»
This article describes an algorithm for automatic analysis of topological characteristics of polygons built from points with fuzzy estimates of ordinates. To describe the segments of a broken machine uses fuzzy sets. A new scale for the numerical representation of linguistic assessments. The algorithm allows to identify six topological features of broken lines, each of which represents a curve threshold of audibility.

    Keywords: fuzzy evaluation, audiogram, interpretation.

«Paradox» of quantum self-organization of knowledge bases and robust intelligent control systems
The methodology, physical and logical peculiarities of robust intelligent control systems design in risk and unpredicted control situations are discussed. Technology of quantum soft computing is considered as basic toolkit for extraction, data processing and forming of objective knowledge. Generalized quantum algorithm of self-organization is developed that as a particular case includes the structure of self-organization robust knowledge base control algorithm and as background of new quantum paradox of robust self-organization knowledgebase from two non-robust knowledge bases is considered. The goal of applied self-organization RB quantum control algorithm is the achievement of introduced thermodynamic criteria in distributed optimal trade-off between stability, controllability, and robustness that are used in control loop in on-line.

Keywords: intelligent control, robustness, quantum algorithm, self-organization, principle of entropy production minimum.
